Ruck Requirements

• The ruck must have a 25-pound dry weight and will be weighed before and after the ruck to verify the required weight is maintained.
• The ruck may weigh more during the initial weigh-in if participants are carrying additional items such as water, snacks, or other necessary supplies.
• Participants may wear whatever uniform or attire they find most comfortable for the ruck.
