2011 marks the 5th year that the United States Air Force has sanctioned Deployed Location races overseas. These races offer our military the chance to share the experience and camaraderie associated with this world-class event.

In 2009, 2,600 military men and women participated in the Air Force Marathon Deployed races.Up to 3,500 racers were able to take part in the 2010 overseas events. All races will take place in September.

Questions regarding the race dates or distances are to be directed to the Base Fitness Center after June 1. Registration forms are to be submitted to the Base Fitness Center.  

Sanctioned race sites for 2011 Air Force Marathon included AUAB, MAAB, BLAB, BGAB, ADAB, ASAB, KDAB, EVAB and THUM.
