    Presenting Sponsorship

$40,000 investment

  • Your company will be identified as a Presenting Sponsor for the 2010 USAF Marathon Events.
  • Your company logo (large) placed on 2010 USAF Marathon posters, brochures, 5K brochures, 5K posters and 2010 “Save the Date” cards as the Presenting Sponsor, printed after signing of the agreement.
  • Your company logo included in at least three (3) areas of the 2010 USAF Marathon website including top banner, deployed locations and sponsor page.  A link to your company website will also be included.
  • Your company logo will be included in national, regional and local print advertising of the 2010 USAF Marathon run after signing of the contract.
  • Your company logo will be included in local television advertising of the 2010 USAF Marathon run after signing of the agreement.
  • Your company will be mentioned in local radio advertising as a Presenting Sponsor of the 2010 USAF Marathon produced after signing of the contract.
  • Your company logo (large) will be included in the design as a Presenting Sponsor on back of runner t-shirts (12,000 printed).
  • Your company logo (large) will be included in the design as a Presenting Sponsor on the back of the Deployed Locations runner t-shirts (3,500 printed).
  • Your company logo (large) will be included in the design as a Presenting Sponsor on the back of the volunteer’s t-shirts (2,500 printed).
  • Your company logo (large) will be included in the design as a Presenting Sponsor on the towels given out to all runners and distributed as a marketing tool at no less than four marathon expos across the country (15,000 printed). 
  • Your company logo (large) will be included in the design as a Presenting Sponsor on the runner goody bags given out to all runners and volunteers (12,000 printed).
  • Your company logo (large) placed on the 2010 USAF Marathon Deployed Locations brochures and posters, printed after signing of the agreement.
  • Your company logo (large) included on the USAF Marathon Start/Finish line banners in deployed locations (approx. 6 locations).
  • Your company logo (large) printed on the 5K Start and Finish line banners.  The 5K is held in conjunction with Wright State University (WSU) at the E.J. Nutter Center, WSU on Friday, September 17, 2010.
  • Your company logo (large) printed on the Start and Finish line banners of the 2010 USAF Marathon, Half-Marathon and 10K.
  • One (1) key employee may be present and recognized on the stage in the Opening Ceremony of the 5K.
  • Four (4) key employees may facilitate General Officers in passing out medals to the 5K runners at the finish line.
  • One (1) key employee may participate in the 5K Awards Ceremony.
  • One (1) key employee may participate in the USAF Marathon Celebrity Reception held on Friday, September 17, 2010 at a time and location to be determined.
  • One (1) key employee will have a five (5) minute speaking opportunity at the Gourmet Pasta Dinner held in the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force (NMUSAF) on Friday, September 17, 2010.
  • One (1) key employee may be present and recognized on the stage of the Opening Ceremony of the Full Marathon on Saturday, September 18, 2010.
  • One (1) key employee may be present and recognized on the stage of the Opening Ceremony of the Half-Marathon on Saturday, September 18, 2010.
  • Six (6) key employees may facilitate General Officers in passing out medals to the 10K, Half-Marathon and Full Marathon runners at the finish line.
  • One (1) key employee may participate in the Awards Ceremony of the 10K, Half-Marathon and Full Marathon.
  • Your company may provide four (4) announcements that will be pre-recorded and played periodically during the two days of the Sports & Fitness Expo.  (Approximately twenty (20) words each).
  • Your company logo (large) placed on the Sports & Fitness Expo banners located at the entrance to the E.J. Nutter Center.
  • Double booth space will be provided to your company in a prime location at the 2010 USAF Marathon two day Sports & Fitness Expo held September 16-17, 2010 at the E.J. Nutter Center, WSU.
  • Tent space (10 x 20) will be provided to your company in the Post-Race Festival Area of the 2010 USAF Marathon.
  • Your company logo (large) placed on the continuous mesh banner in the finish line area.
  • Your company banners placed in five (5) locations throughout the race course.  Sponsor must provide 3’ x 5’ banners.  Banners must be delivered to USAF Marathon by 1 September 2010.
  • Ability to provide signage containing inspirational messages for runners and may include your company logo; placed in three (3) locations along the race course.  Sponsor must provide 3’ (w) x 5’ (l) all weather, light weight step stake signage; delivery deadline 1 September 2010.  Inspirational message must be approved by marathon staff deadline 1 August 2010.
  • Your company will receive seventy five (75) complimentary race registrations that you may present to participants of your choice, following Air Force guidelines.  The registrations provided may be used for the marathon, wheelchair and visually impaired divisions, half-marathon, 10K and 5K races.
  • Your company will be provided with twenty (20) complimentary Distinguished Visitor parking passes, good for USAF Marathon race day.
  • Your company will be provided with ten (10) complimentary passes to the Honored Guest Tent at the finish line of the USAF Marathon.
  • Your company will receive fifteen (15) complimentary Gourmet Pasta Dinner tickets and Distinguished Visitor parking spaces.  Gourmet Pasta Dinner held on Friday, September 17 in the Modern Flight Hangar of the NMUSAF.
  • One (1) key employee and their guest will be seated at the head table of the Gourmet Pasta Dinner.
  • Your company may provide a one (1) minute video that will be included in the video shown on a continuous loop at the Gourmet Pasta Dinner.
  • The ability to place product/coupon/brochure in runner’s race packets and volunteer bags.  (Sponsor provided; 12,000 items needed by 1 August 2010).
  • Your company logo (large) will be included in the event program as a Presenting Sponsor of the 2010 USAF Marathon.
