Did you know it takes more than 2000 volunteers to put on an event the size of the Air Force Marathon? And while most people think of hydration stations when they imagine volunteering for a marathon, in reality the majority of our volunteers are needed elsewhere. From medal unwrapping a couple of weeks before the race to clean-up after the race, we have literally hundreds of positions and time slots to choose from.

If you want to make volunteering even more fun, bring a whole group with you! Corporate groups, philanthropic groups, Greek organizations, service clubs and more are all represented at the Air Force Marathon. It's a great team-building opportunity and a great way for your organization to show its civic pride.
